Requirement analysis and review for platform products, feasibility analysis, and workload estimation;

Able to organize corresponding technical solutions according to changes in business and product requirements, including software design and coding implementation, to ensure service security, reliability, high quality, and high performance;

Maintain and upgrade existing product services, quickly locate and fix existing service defects;

Write various development and project documents according to development specifications;

Participate in system architecture design and solution discussions, follow up on the latest software development technologies, and participate in internal team learning and training.

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years of Java development experience;

Proficient in technologies such as SpringCloud, SpringBoot, Mybatis, Nginx, Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Activity, etc.;

Possess platform architecture design capabilities for large-scale distributed systems, preference for candidates with experience in protocol layer design and implementation;

Familiar with requirement management tools such as JIRA, with Agile project management experience;

Familiar with Linux server operating systems, Docker, and microservice orchestration architecture Kubernetes;

Experience in developing systems such as Internet hospitals, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), electronic medical records, health management, etc., is preferred.
